With a background in real estate development, Domenic established the strategic framework of the project. Balancing architectural clarity with long-term sustainability and refined aesthetics.

Sondra brought emotional depth and intuitive sensibility to Cocoon’s creation. With her natural warmth and refined sense for atmosphere, she shaped the spirit of the retreat. Ensuring that every space feels welcoming, harmonious, and deeply connected to its natural surroundings. 

From the very beginning, the founders worked closely with Ifan Pradana, whose extensive experience in Indonesian hospitality and regional development has played a vital role in shaping Cocoon’s identity. His deep local knowledge and operational expertise ensure that the resort remains authentic, well-positioned, and thoughtfully integrated into its environment.
